About Me

Welcome to My Private Practice

I am a practicing Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist, accredited in Cyprus and Germany. My private practice is located on the Griva Digeni Avenue, in the heart of Larnaca. My services can be provided in Greek, English and German.

The story so far

After completing my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (University of Leipzig, Germany) and my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology (Medical School of Hamburg, Germany), I proceeded working towards my professional accreditation as a licensed CBT Psychotherapist in Germany as well as Cyprus. During that time, I have worked in various clinics in Hamburg, with a wide range of mental health conditions. This gives me the certainty and experience, to tailor the sessions specifically to each individual.

Return to familiarity​

Being very passionate about my profession, I wanted to return to Cyprus and provide my services and expertise, as well as raise awareness in mental health care. My sessions are always shaped to the individual's problems, goals, personality and resources. Having worked with multiple cases of various disorders and problems, I understand the risks of not taking people seriously and not treating everyone with the same level of professionalism and respect.

I am a strong believer of continuous education, in order to be informed about the latest developments in the field of psychotherapy. That is why I keep attending seminars and workshops that bring to light new developments in the field of mental health care. I, personally, also like to cooperate with other health care professionals (doctors, physiotherapists, clinical dieticians & nutritionists), in order to provide my clients an extra layer of certainty and the holistic and professional treatment they deserve.
